Anyone have a suggestion for a HD Tuner/Capture card than can get HD Signals from a cable, and can also record full frame NTSC boardcasts? I know ATI had a tuner card, but it can only handle OTA HD broadcasts. I'm looking at updating my current tuner (AverTV Stereo) and I thought I'd might as well go up to HD.
