Turkey Pie - great idea. My husband is going to make soup with our leftovers. I might put some aside for this. :)

I like turkey soup, too... We had a ham as well as a turkey, which we picked at all week. Right now there is split pea soup on the stove to use up the last of the ham. Not sure if that's going to photograph too well, though, but I *do* get to try out my new immersion blender while making it! (I used it the other day making guacamole and it was great!)
