I might be able to handle it. The general consensus from everyone I've told said it sounds like something simple and cheap.

And if it's not simple, I've got a fair amount of money that MIGHT cover it. Unless it's like... $300. -_-

It sounds to me like it might be the spark plugs or the spark plug wires. My car was doing something similar last year, and it was because one of the spark plugs came loose. Make sure they're all shoved in nice and tight before you take it anywhere.
