the media just comes up with phony reasons why it's "okay" that people are controlled by it. my suggestion would be; get some sleep (it's probably provoking your paranoia, and boycott televsion. after a while it's as if it weren't around. but then again you could get angry with everyone and start bitching about how they're being exposed to and excessive amout of electrons but that's nothing compared to the junk we humans fill our minds with daily, like "reality" shows. so yeah. i don't think any of that made sense
