The town gossip about two brothers who did the unspeakable. That gorgeously gory visualization of the spleen as a handful of chocolate-covered strawberries. Ruby as the corpse on the table. WOW.

How do you do it? Seamlessly shift into something so dark and creepy...and still manage to run this thread of innocence the whole way through. Sammy gave me the heebies, and yet there is almost a childish exuberance about him that is endearing.

“Sick right here.” Dr. D is tapping his skull. Sammy-boy nods again. Like maybe they’ve had this talk before. Maybe more than once. Dr. D smiles. He walks over to his - assistant, it thinks, puzzling out the details, and kneels to the floor, bent on one knee like a true gentleman.

“What have I told you about double-knotting, hmm?” Dr. D doesn’t sound mad though, only fond; and Sammy-boy scratches bony fingers into the back of his scraggly-haired head, sheepish as he watches Dr. D tying his shoelaces for him.

Like this...perfect levels of dark love right there, perfectly written. King would be proud!

And lol at the corpse watching its own autopsy, but not wanting to see any more of the boys.

oh my goodness, you just made me giggle. watching the autopsy but not wanting to see them. hahahaaa, when you put it like that... you're the best. and King, oh wow ♥ ♥ you know the way to my heart, you always hit it just right. and thank you for your endless pep talks and cheering, you help me more than you know. OH! You don't even know how much this made my day. I've been out at the ocean all day, and it come back to this--*sobs with delight* *twirls you around and hugs you with joy*

It was beautiful, and perfect, and absolutely the best present ever! And hot. So, so hot.

The use of Ruby--tiny, 64 inches, just how you like, the fact that it's from her POV, the way that Sam gets excited before Dean even shows up, just touching her dead body.

Dean double knotting Sam's shoe laces, closing Ruby's eyes at the end.

Wow, I can't even... the way you keep calling the body "it", and how it/she struggles to remember that she/it used to be human, and creepy insane/innocent little boy Sammy, and - just... how did you make Sam touching the body and it SMELLING his arousal hot? How she/it hates that Sam is touching and getting off on it... slowly realising that it is the morgue... Heh, and apparently my someone-finds-out-that-they-are-brothers extends to dead people too... and... I can't even tell all the best parts, but I am creeped the fuck out and loving it at the same time!
