lol I had a stealth tumblr but had to delete it a while back, it was too much and massively fucking with my LJ time. I like it best here although tumblr gives me massive amounts of PRETTTTY.

i do too as well. i love it here. LJ makes me feel a lot closer to everybody, plus i've been here for so long that i doubt i could ever be without it. but yes, tumblr is a world of pretty. in fact, all i really do with it is look at pretty things and hit reblog over and over. lol, i've still not figured out how to really interact with people over there...

hi hi hi! yeah, sorry! I've been doing this down periscope thing recently. WInter doldrums, etc, but the days are getting longer and warmer and it's time to start poking my head out again.

Thanks for the motivational mojo! They're great prompts, actually, really broad and open to interpretation--it's just that I'm in the mood to write a quiet sort of thing (if that makes sense) and I'm trying to shoehorn the tone I want into the sort of fic my recipient would like to read. Plus, I sorta kinda have a guess as to the person I'm writing for, who is awesome and wonderful and really goddamn masterful, and whoa performance anxiety!

Very much looking forward to seeing what you whip up for the challenge! And for salt_burn_porn too.

ahh yes, that's the tricky stuff. when your mind's set on something but you gotta mold it to fit another something. i can't wait to see what you come up with. cannot. wait. and that would absolutely put me on edge, if i had a clue who i was writing for. and knew them. and admired them. oh, no. i'm happy not knowing haha, that's added stress for sure!
