Note: There are two types of Christians. Those who claim they believe in God. And those who strive to live like they do. When i say Christian, i mean the second type ( Read more... )

wow you actually have a story and a reason to your beliefs, i'm impressed. i'm also *highly* impressed by the way you've assumed reasons and condemned me for my beliefs the same way you're chastising me for doing to christians. you do still seem intelligent though, so add me to your msn if you've got it and i'd love to talk to you. bramwell116@hotmail.com

Before writing this, i read Akui's LJ. Based on certain comments, i did make assumptions. But that is what they were, assumptions. I should have already learned by now that with what little i read, i still had only a miniscule picture of who this person truly is.

Therefore, what follows has been partially edited in trying to amend that. And of course, i officially apologize for that mistake.

don't apologize. ever. it's my number one pet peeve. there are 3 times when people apologize. one is like this situation, you said something that at the time was true and you later found out that it was not true (you remember the whole perception argument? yeah it was true. then you found out more, now it's not true) in which case don't apologize, you didn't do anything wrong you just didn't have all the information. second type is when someone does something they wish they hadn't because it negatively impacted their life and they're trying to save face or fess up or whatever. that's the weak way out. if you did it, you meant it. don't apologize for that. and the third way is when you say something that you didn't think would have the effect it did and you genuinely feel sorry for the effect that it had, then i find it acceptable, but that isn't this situation. anyway, just a little more insight into myself.

Wow.

You weren't Christian when I found you in the purple NWT chatroom way back in '97, were you?

Neither was Jandy.

Neither was Dawnrider.

Neither was I.

I always thought NWT was such an awful, hopeless ordeal. I had nooooooooo faith there was *anything* good about a lot of people there.

God is surprising. And clearly there is no place he can't go.

Actually I was. But as life is, its been a journey and while i haven't always stayed on the right path, i guess i've taken enough foot steps on it to get where i am now.

As i'm sure you can agree, God is good!

P.S. How'd you find me?

P.S.S. Hey Ili!

Hrm... are you two the same person? Or two people arguing with each other on my LJ? But because the first note wasn't signed, how could the MaDBaLL argue with the first one unless they had some inside information on who wrote the first note? Thus ima gonna guess both are from MaDBaLL ( ... )
