 I really can't stand this.  Being so in love with someone who doesn't seem to feel the same way anymore.  I've tried everything to convince her to give me another chance, even going so far as to get her roses...but she's now gone from wanting us to still keep talking, to her not answering my calls/txts/emails at all, or answering the txt's/emails

I have an idea of what you're going through. The love of my life walked out the door 8 months ago, so he could hook up with some girl because life was just too hard to deal with being in a good relationship. She's more or less a horrible person, and now that she's sucked the life out of him, he kind of wonders if maybe he made a giant mistake and should have probably stayed with me... only he just can't quite break up with the little girl no matter what she does or what lies she tells (yeah, she's 10 years younger than me. Ow.). It's... just really really screwy.

And really, all I want is for him to come back.

So yeah. Who cares about more fish in the sea. They only have one thing wrong with them - they're not him.

I don't like hearing that you understand that feeling, too, but hey, you're not the only one out there in that shitty situation. Hang in there. They keep telling me it will work out somehow, so I'm hoping they're right.

yeah i hear ya, i hate bitching and complaining, especially A) when i know a million other people are going through the same thing and B) there's a lot worse shit happening in the world, but sometimes i just get a rant built up inside me and it falls outta my head on to LJ :P

Yeah i remember reading about that happening to you, looks like it should be *hugs all around* i'll keep my fingers crossed for the both of us :)

Hey, just because loads of people are also going though it doesn't mean it doesn't suck balls. Seriously, it DOES suck, and it's shitty, and if you feel shitty about it it's because that's how you're supposed to feel! Don't dwell on that forever, but don't beat yourself up over it either. Ranting and venting is good, and lj is a good place for it. We can sit around and commiserate (whew, thank goodness Firefox has a built in spell-checker) together. Woo! Or one of these days I'll figure out how to play MarioKart online and you can kick my ass until you feel better. ha!

Not tonight, though - I just looked at the time. Damn. Why don't I ever remember to go to bed on time?!!?

Or at least in ways we understand. They tell us, but we don't get it, because we feel in different ways.

Sometimes space is a good idea, if all else fails, and hope. As much as the potential to be crushed and destroyed is there with hope, without there's nothing else.

Well, I've had my ass dumped a few times, believe it or not
