so panic attacks totally suck. i now have to go to therapy every friday for the next couple of months because they got so bad a couple of weeks ago. it's funny that you say that your migraine caused it too, because just the other night i had the worst headache of my life and that led to my having a panic attack too. crazy how that shit happens. hope it never gets too bad for ya.
