I think you're amazing and I know that you have tons going for you! You're still a student and the possibilities are endless. I do advise that you don't only concentrate on theatre while in school, because we all know how tough it can be to get started up in the crazy theatre world! BUT if you do have your heart set on theatre and only theatre, get started YESTERDAY...because we also know that its basically all based on experience! So apply for those internships, maybe volunteer a bit, work on your online classes, and enjoy life in Chicago and being a student! Whatever it takes to avoid graduating and becoming a bum on some (awesome) friends' couch...go for it!

AND the Blue Man people suck. You deserve better. They called a day LATE, only to REJECT you!?! You wouldn't want to WORK for people like that, anyway! Losers.
