A hack attempt? [Togusa doesn't seem like a robot, but with this "other worlds" thing, perhaps some A.I. has become more advanced. It's better to be rude and ask than to not have the information, considering the circumstances.]

Another couple of hours? They haven't been able to pin down a vector yet, so they're nervous about reinfection.
