I am down 2 more lbs!!! No scale pic because I need to get batteries for my camera.
So, since Oct 09, that's 11lbs down. 11 lbs in TEN DAYS!

Did great this weekend, not sure why people think it is so hard to stick to a low calorie lifestyle.  Maybe because they are eating shitty food?  I am eating ( Read more... )

The new plan sounds great - you will feel so much better. You need nutritious veggies! Especially with all the hell you have been through health wise with your lungs, GI, etc.. Not eating sugar will REALLY help. My green smoothie is spinach, tomatoes, celery, carrots, parsley and mint. Sometimes I throw in an apple. Don't be afraid of GOOD CARBS like fruit and yams. Just stay away from processed food, dough, breads, cake, etc ( ... )
