More Torrin!! You KNOW how happy I am about this. :)))

The last line made me tear up! So adorable. I especially loved the "I'm proud of you . . . You're grounded for two weeks." LOL

Can't get enough of this, babe!

OMG. I could die of all the fluff and teh cute. I love how Casey and Zeke are such good parents, and how Torrin appreciates and loves them. *sniff sniff*

I think it's so adorable that Torrin calls them Dad #1 and Dad #2. *melts*

"All Casey had done was give him a look and nod to the stairs. That was enough for Torrin to trudge up, throw up, get dressed for bed, brush his teeth, throw up, brush his teeth again, then go to bed. He woke up regretting everything, especially when Casey had waltzed into his room and said, “Uppity-up, sweetie! Time for school!” Groan, throw up, brush his teeth... resist the urge to throw up again, get dressed and head outside when Mike pulled up to the curb"
I LOVED THIS!!! LMAO

OK....the end had me all teared up. Seriously! This was so wonderful cute and melty. I could *feel* the warmth and loved Torrin more for it. Loved this. hugs you tons babe. xooxox love v

Heehee! Can't you just see Caseylij, all stern-faced, eyebrow cocked, not having to say a word for the message to get through? As I said years ago, he's small... but so are sticks of dynamite. ;)

Awww to the cryin'! I love writing love. :) I love YOU!! Trip going okay????

To not be with them on his birthday was unspeakable.

You make me want to know you as a teenaged girl. If your experience growing up was anything remotely like this ... it's like a magnetic wave of love. I really choked up more than once. Your people are always ... people, real and alive. I felt it a lot in this one. I love that Torrin had to fake cool to his friends to hide his own brand of secret love. He'll defend them in public but he can't admit how they're really his world, all of them. Okay, tearing up again. You fluffmonsterer. :-)

Welllll... it was and it wasn't. My mom was a mixed bag. I'd say my stepdad (or plain old "dad") was a lot warmer in my growing-up. But my mom was a bit like Zeke--cold sometimes, stern, but somehow very loving. She's different every day; either she's really giving or she makes really out-of-touch, easily-perceived as selfish remarks. Hard to explain. But I love her. We can reeeeally get on each other's nerves, lol, but yea, my fam was a very open, interesting one. :)

Thank you for ALL of this luvz. :D You've been a real friend to me. I'm going to be updating my WIPs once the scrapbook-revising LJ is doing is done... ;););)!
