Aww, this is all kinds of happy making. I was worried about Jas squealing on Casey, but I'm glad she didn't. And Zeke's dinner had drool all running down my chin. Lovin' this.
“He's notorious, especially if you walk into his garage with a vagina.”
LMAO! Also this
“You can end any argument going on bringing up the subject of pie.”
This sounds like a universal law. I'm going to test it out.
Besides the fun, this chapter whacked me with all kinds of emotions. Like
Zeke's hot summer day, all toils, troubles and moments of relaxation, was here with Casey. He could almost smell moods and feelings; smirks. Sarcasm. Sighs.
That whole piece was deeply emotional and beautiful. It came after that long and enjoyable afternoon so the contrast with the still silent ritual and tears was hugely effectve. It's romance, and lust, and human and first-crush, and someone with too much intelligence not to see all of it for what it is. Casey is a well balanced young man, it seems unthinkable that he could lose his head over this. But will he?
not everything could erase the underlying insecurity Casey felt around every corner of life... The little flare of doubt surprised me, after he'd been all but courted and

“Are we fucking, Casey?” WRONG question, Zeke. It's supposed to be can we!!
Love it, hun. The whole scene around Casey's family and the way you hinted at how much Zeke wants that was great. The car stuff- so true, so many garages will do that.

Thank you for another delicious part to this story
Lovely, I read the previous parts too, and I really like the build up of this story. Can't wait to read the moment they finally get it...
"Nothing's 'for sure', Casey." Aw, don't say such things Zeke!
Btw, I'm also somewhere in the middle of reading Geek Out, wtf, that's really good stuff! Guess I like hot geeks ;) Anyway, just read this and I instantly had to think about those two geeks :)
