You know what probably happened with State Farm is an HR person picked out your resume based on test scores/experience, scheduled the interview and just handed the papers along to a hiring manager. It could go either way at this point.

Where was the other job that you interviewed for??

It was a p/t administrative assistant/receptionist for that realtor that I had to give the salary requirements for. I was glad they at least let me know instead of leading me on.

Only time will tell.

And they tried to schedule an interview via e-mail...ummm...very unprofessional. If you are looking to interview people seriously, you call them and confirm the time!!!

by the way, if you get an e-mail from a Cornerstone Marketing or whatever..I interviewed with them a few years ago...TOTAL SCAM!! I'm bringing this up because I got one of their stupid auto e-mails today..I deleted it.

Yeah, the whole thing was done via e-mail. They made no attempt to make any phone calls or anything. At least it was an interview and I can only hope I will get another call from State Farm, but I'll keep looking in the process.

Thanks for the warning about the other one. I'll be on the lookout for those.
