Aw, this was such a lovely picspam and I found your commentary really interesting too. (And I hadn't thought about the light/dark contrast of the kisses but you're quite right.)

I prefer Arthur/Guinevere in this rendition, although of course I think Lancelot/Guinevere is the true love story in 'history'. Of course, I'm also two or three episodes behind right now, so who knows if something changes?
Merlin is pretty much one of my favorite shows right now. It's seriously one of the most wellwritten shows out there. And this picspam is amazing. Personally I like Arthur/Guin, but honestly Lancelot and Arthur are both so gorgeous she really can't go wrong.
Oh and your comments on Merlin's sexuality... XD That made me so happy. I love Merlin and Arthur's banter all the time. Made there's something lying beneath that... Well just joking (sort of) Anyway this was beautiful and I love finding people who watch Merlin too!
Wonderful picspam. I love this show so much and I'm personally Arthur/Gwen (although I'd love to have Bradley James to myself!) Love the comment about Merlin's sexuality. I've often question myself many times... ;)
