back on track with the books - finished KnitLit (too) the other day - it was good, so as long as I read 3 more books by the end of December I am golden - just in case I have already started and I am going to be reading East, Then Breaking Dawn and Constant princess - asap.

I just finished  The Boleyn Inheritance on Friday and I read a whole book today called Beyond Stitch & Bitch Reflections on Knitting and Life by Afi-Odelia Scruggs, and before all you naysayers start, it is a book, not just patterns or something like that - but a book, not a really long one but one all the same, and it was a really enjoyable read ( Read more... )

So i just found out the other day that I was totally reading the tutor series in the wrong order. Go me. So I am going back and I am reading them the ones that I missed and then going back to where I was, I might read some of them again.

Finished - The Queen's Fool - that is the 6th this year - so I have to make up two this month. :-(

Today is my dad's birthday so I don't have a lot of time because I am going over there in like 45 mins and I have to go get ready but I just wanted to say that I had a fantastic time in New York.  I finished The Other Bolyen Girl it was fantastic!! I loved it so I am going to start The Queen's Fool today because I have a LONG drive ahead of me. We are going to New York with Mark, Lynda and Hannah and it is a 12 hour drive one way to were we are going. So I might bring a couple of books with my on my PDA as well. So I finished the wyrd sisters like I said I would - and then I started and finished the Mummy, or Ramses the Damned by Anne Rice. I really liked it but now I think I am going to read all the Mayfair witch ones or read all the Harry potter again. I was asked today by one of my very best friends to be a god mother for her daughter. I am so happy and humbled I can't tell you. I love her and her little girl and her husband for that matter very very much, and it is a huge honor. She is now two and I have watched her mothers belly grow, her first smiles, held her while she was sleeping, cuddled ( Read more... )
