Dear emotions,

If you could kindly stop flitting between absolutely at peace, stressed, anxious, gloriously excited and desperately unhappy, I would really appreciate it. Especially as the flitting of extremes happens at least once a day. I WOULD REALLY LIKE A LESS TUMULTUOUS EMOTIONAL SCALE PLEASE.

Sincerely, your grudgingly powerless master.

It's awful, isn't it? Job applications are dragging me down, mainly the not-filling-them-out aspect. They ruin all the good things!

How are you doing? Planning to stay in Scotland this year? I read your latest update - how is the home alone organisation shiz going? So many questions... :)

Lots and lots of hugs for you. And tea and Doctor Who and puppies (non-sacrificed).

I'll take the (living) puppies, Dr Who and ALL the hugs. No tea please, I'm one of those freaks who drinks neither tea nor coffee. My teaching career shall be frazzley...

I have been told this before! I blame my brother entirely - he was so insistent that I drink tea when I was around 10, that he sat me in our caravan lounge (yay holiday home!) and tried to make me drink it. Course, I refused until it went cold. I think he still insisted I try a bit. Predictably, I did not enjoy it. Then I went to Crete the next year and got a bit addicted to the nommy Cretan tea, which is no doubt just like English tea. Then I got addicted to the piss water tea from my college canteen in A2. THUS ENDS MY SKETCHY AT BEST HISTORY WITH TEA. :)
