I was going to comment and say that I preferred working out more in the mornings, but I'm wondering if that is changing now... I'm not sure. I work out Mondays at noon, Tuesdays at 7pm, Wednesdays at 4pm, Thursdays at 8:30am, and Saturdays at 10am. So I have a nice mix, and I'm not really sure which I prefer anymore, haha!
I work out after work. I just change in my office's locker room and get my butt to the gym. I'd like to work out before I start the work day for the extra boost of energy but my gym doesn't open until I have to start my work day. Despite that, I've been pretty faithful to my routine unless I have something more pressing or am sick.
Good luck on trying your new schedule. It's gonna feel great to get it out of the way. :)
Morning, morning, morning!! I never want to do anything after a long day of work/rehearsal/whatever. It's pretty much guaranteed that I will laze out...
While 5:30am is a bit insane, you will feel amazing for the rest of your day, most likely. I could deal w/ 6/6:30am...
