I have so, so much sympathy for the eczema-on-the-face thing. I wish that I could tell you the name one one product that worked for me, but my skin always changes and I end up using different things or a combo of things. Are you using any hydrocortizone? That's the one thing that usually (but not always) gives me some relief around the eyes.
I know exactly what you mean about not being able to go without makeup. I just couldn't go to work looking like, well, a red panda! Its damned if you do, damned if you don't.
I'm going to see if I wrote down what helped me out two years ago when my skin was at its worst. Its late and I can't remember! I hope you find relief :(
Thank you! I haven't used hydrocrotizone, but I'm wary of using it around my eyes. :B I've been slapping on Lush's Celestial since it's made for sensitive skin, and it has provided some relief. Make up does dry up my face, but I do need to wear it and the dry-skin stuff will make my face a dry, oily mess!
It's been a bit better since I left my skin alone one day (covered in dirt and grime), but I think it helped. o_O
that sucks a lot. Think you have an allergy to something in the facewash, lotion or other makeup? I've gotta watch everything I use otherwise I end up hatin life and OD'ing on benadryl.
Not at all. Nothing has changed. :/ The only thing that's changed is the weather and the fucking pollen in the air. T__T It's been better, but when the pollen count flares up, my patches reappear on my skin. :(
