I would buy skirts if I looked good in them. Or pants if I looked good in them. But no. For some reason fat people don't want to look good in anything, they want to look terrible, and that is why clothes for fat people never fit right and come in hideous patterns and make me want to scream.

I actually totally agree with your sentiment. Do you know how long it took me to find a skirt that hit above my knees? And shirts that don't make me look more pregnant than I usually do?
*shakes fist at fashion industry*
And it really bothers me that the AVERAGE dress size in this country is a 14, and I can think of only 3 stores that cater to these women exclusively, whereas I can name at least 20 which cater (exclusively)to a smaller crowd. It's as though because I am fat I'm not allowed to shop in public.

I think I may have to write about my anger more eloquently a bit later...
