I saw Benjamin play for the first time in years tonight. He was absolutely brilliant. What I want to note from this evening, however, was an acute desire I had (while peeing) to rifle through a purse which happened to be left on the floor of the bathroom (wide open beside me). But when I was young my parents always pointed to squirrels as the model of greed. They stuff their faces beyond the point where they can eat. They hoard their food by burying it, often more than they can actually eat and thus they forget what they have buried and end up hiding it just to deny it to others.

On the other hand, the fact that squirrels often forget where they bury seeds and nuts often leads to new tree growth.

No less voyeurism is probably my favorite frowned upon urge.
