This weekend I wanted to leave town and kind of just run away for a while. It scared me at first(because the desire was so real and powerful), but as I entertained the idea I realized that maybe it was what I needed

i get the same feeling now and then too.. just run away from everything and be alone... i actually ditched school several times this year and spent time at starbucks reading and writing and stuff... but in the end it was both a plus and a minus because i learned how irresponsible i was and that i needed to stop ignoring problems ;P

you are disappointing people? who? not this one here! honestly ive seen you all high school years ( minus this year of course) and you are one of the most hardworking people Ive ever seen in my life. if you are working and striving that hard, how could you possibly disappoint anyone? It's hard. I don't exactly know what you are going through so I don't want to say I understand how you feel but reading your posts it sounds like you are having a hard time.... its so hard to get back onto the right track.. but im happy you decided against the idea of running away.. keep up! everything will work out for you! and im here praying for you... (i hope that makes you feel better somewhat ^^) aja aja!!!

Cassandra...I just want to say...never once in my life have I ever felt disappointed by you. In fact, you are one of the least disappointing people in the world...everything you do you put effort in..you put your heart in..and that's what makes you so great. IB isn't about moving fast. No. IB is about developing the skills to become great in life. And the way I see it..to be fast is not to be great. To be great is to have the determination needed for success. And last time I checked, you have it.
