I love rice wine. I use it for alot of stuff. I take tator tots, and some oil about 2 tablespoons, and then about 1 table spoon of rice vinegar, and and some onions, and cook the tators like fried potatoes..it is so good and the rice vinegar just gives it a good flavor..
