In the DC series Justice, painted by Alex Ross and written by Alex Braithwaite there a scene with the Flash where he's just put out a fire I think caused by an explosion.  He says to Superman something like "I was here in two seconds, but I wasn't fast enough".  That's how I'm feeling right now.

Hooray, today ends at not 9 PM.  I can go home and do stuff, like sleep or laze about, or clean my room.  The work schedule has been good, its kept me away from all the crazy drama that is the downtown, there's another set up here but its at least mostly adult.  After dinner and perusing Harry Ts, I think I will try to think some more on the ( Read more... )
