I think that's exactly what love is, a gut feeling. Not the sort of gut feeling where you feel it right away, the moment you meet them, it can probably easily be confused with lust or infatuation, but it's the sort of thing where you just feel it, and it's determined by a lot of things, but essentially it is a gut feeling- either it's there or it's not. I agree though, I hate it when people who have only been going out a month say they love each other. But who knows, maybe sometimes they really do.

Ps, with my old boyfriend, we began saying I love you online, not in a serious way, I don't know, I guess in a friendly way, which I've always hated because it gave it less meaning, but eventually as the relationship went on it began to have meaning because we realized we did love each other, and we would say it less often because it would be hard to say because we really meant it- so maybe that's what happens with some people, I dunno. I always hated how we started off saying it like that anyway ( ... )

i agree

my bf and i have been together 5 months tomorrow and we say i love you and stuff.

but yeah, people majorly rush into it..

we were scared, but he just told me one day he thought he was in love with me. and i felt the same way, i was just terrified. so it kind of wedged itself in recently, haha.

i think you should begin to tell him, like;
"it may be obvious and you probably know already but i wanted to be sure you knew and tell you i love you" ect you know
