I agree with hymnals. I love my boyfriend, but I can't love him unconditionally - and it's different for him, because he has the type of personality which does love unconditionally, and this is why I get so frustrated with him a lot. It's okay that you haven't said "I love you". It's probably better that you haven't. It's probably keeping things simple.
