didn't make any last year, so... I'll just keep it real for 2010 like always

not anyone close, but some old acquaintances have new little ones

yes, a derby coach and a valued master yoga teacher

the U.S. of A.
6. What would you like to have in 2010 that you lacked in 2009?
a real vacation
7. What dates from 2009 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
April 25 had me taking out one of the Bloody Marys' star jammers with a huge hit.
May 13 made my team, Gang Green, the league champs for the rec league season.
The weekend of August 21 meant skating on the old wood floor at Oaks Park and getting my ass kicked in a good way by the Rose City Rollers all stars.
September 21st was a fun day... of evacuating my old house on crutches due to an encroaching wildfire.
October 17th had me at my best friend's wedding, which meant I got to see a LOT of people I love in one place. (The days before the wedding were pretty awesome too for the same reason.)
8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
keeping my cool under some shitty circumstances

attracting decent employees
10. Did you suffer illness or injury?
ask my right knee that question

lots of good produce from my growers' market

my stend

my teaching staff, a member of my extended yoga community, and quite a few of my derby girls unfortunately

Ron and Kate's wedding, and the associated trip

I spent Christmas '09 lazing about in the morning, walking Natasha through a cold and quiet town, and eating too much at Kirsten's

I was already in love, and I still am

I don't really have one. Most shows eventually get disappointing.

"Hate" is a harsh word. I am definitely annoyed by some folks I liked a lot last year.

Turned 35 without my fellow, but with some of my derby girls after a lousy bout. Could've been better.
