Thank you for commenting. That little story of her lost team that Eve tells Jenkins grabbed my imagination and would not let go. It explains so much of her character. When we see her at the beginning of The Librarians, she is a ruthlessly efficient commander. Her team respects her, but there is no affection. Her arc over the season as she learns to care for the team of LITs means so much more against that background. And, I (evil author) couldn't resist pitting Eve with her new team against the man who had destroyed the last team she had loved.

That was heartbreaking. Poor Eve, but it also shows how strong she is which we see in he show.
