When I started writing in this thing on April 11, 2003 (very self-consciously, too), I sure didn't expect it to continue through nearly six years so far. I sure as hell didn't expect a good portion of the things that happened, both good and not so good. And as hard as a lot of it was, I wouldn't change it, because I wouldn't be here typing this
