She thinks Cloud is a nice, earnest kid that she likes, actually. She kind of figures his home has issues from some of his responses, and therefore assumes he has issues, although she would most definitely be surprised at the extent. For the most part, though, she mostly just has him categorized in the "nice kid" column.

Cordelia...isn't quite sure what to think of Serph. On the one hand, wtf cannibal. She is less weirded out by the AI bit, but she isn't a hundred percent sure that she can read him now. On the other hand, everything else she's getting from him reads as, okay, maybe a very quiet kid, but frankly as a good person. One of the things Cordelia very heavily emphasizes is taking the actions necessary to achieve your goals, and she likes that both he seems to be doing that and that his goals indicate the right priorities. Basically, Cordelia's now curious and wants to know more about him.

What does she think of Sonken?

She doesn't have a very strong impression of Sonken, really. She knows he's quiet, and she's figured out from her talks with Ryoutou he's in a complicated relationship with Ryoutou, and that he's an Emperor. That last pings her because she's raised an Emperor, and she's kind of curious as to how he deals with the pressure of his position, but she's not going to go out of her way to raise the subject because she basically thinks that camp should be a vacation from that type of pressure. Mostly, though, they just haven't talked enough to get a strong impression.
