Lots and lots of Alastair and Stockholm Syndrome and maybe some weird, not-quite Dean/Alastair and all the regrettable things that come of being the star apprentice of Hell's master torturer. (Who says Lucifer gets a monopoly on being a scary Hell hallucination, am I right?)
