I cannot think right now I am too busy crying over 7.10. That said:

Heaven isn't just a collection of your best memories. It's also a place, and Dean shows up in Bobby's little part of it one day, very upset about being dead, but then he adjusts and they spend the long days of waiting throwing a ball around. Possibly Sam is still alive, and Dean worries over him, and... I don't know.
