XM to the power of crap!

So since XM and Sirius merged I noticed the decline in quality programing. Now more commericals, the loss of great stations only to be replaced with shit. And the loss of The System was devistating.

So I'm thinking of letting my account expire which happens in April. And them possibly being in the throws of being bankrupt make me kinda weiry to ( Read more... )

When you do. Make sure you tell them exactly why you're doing it. They need to know that cutting stations and service is not what the customer wants. I know know over 100 people at least who have canceled since this merger took place.

Yeah I'm losing faith too. For the first time in 3 years I actually started listening to CD's and my iPod in the car instead of Sirius because I have all the songs on my favorite stations memorized because their content is getting super stale.

I miss Fred, Ethel, and Lucy. What I do enjoy are 2 NPR stations. Hopefully someone will wise up before it's too late and they collapse.

I never did sign up for this...was waiting to see how this type of radio was going...Glad I waited....Will look into the Ipod / Memory thing that stores music, or stick to my CD's...Will see if they improve, but I doubt it....

I'm still month to month and I'm not happy about the possible bankruptcy either. They've moved some channels around (As Sabot said, I miss Lucy, Fred and Ethel) and got rid of some and changed format on others.

I'm wondering if they are going to be able to survive.
