I return from London on July 2nd, getting in to the airport at roughly 1:30pm. I have plans for the Sunday after all day (Worcester) and plans for July 4th (Worcester, Beverly, Manchester-by-the-Sea). After that I will most likely be starting my job with the city again ( Read more... )

I weighed myself the day before I left for England and got a not so happy number. Since I've been here, I've lost 13.6 pounds. I had hoped to lose more than that by this point.

It's amazing how little you eat over here. Yesterday, I had a cup of coffee, a bowl of fries with cheese, a pint, and a couple of sodas and that was it. I never even got hungry, I only got the fries cause they sounded so good. I'm looking forward to losing weight over here.

So, I recently got into Sudoku, which is a great little time waster. You can peruse the site and view some of the puzzles there. I get The Independent, a local publication, everyday just to play the five different Sudoku puzzles it has. Recently my roommate Jamie clued me into The Dion Cube. I haven't done a London update in a bit. I suppose we should start with Tuesday, which was the first day of any interest. On Monday the advisor had assigned us a trip to the Tate Modern, which is a museum of modern art.
