Has anybody been to or heard of fooddiva.comSomeone at work (who overheard me talking about my hopefully foolproof roast-in-the-crockpot that is cooking as we speak) sent the link to me because she's going to try out a class soon

Yeah, it sounds like one meal, but it also sounds like she's open to answering whatever questions you have.
I think I could only handle one meal! haha. Also, I am not into committing to a regular (like, weekly or whatever) class right now...the one-time deal part appeals to me.
I've heard awesome things about fooddiva. I know someone that makes it into a party with her girlfriends, they learn, and then eat. Works for me. Count me in for whatever you want to learn about, just let me know when it is so that I can make sure that I can come.
Ok, cool. It's not something I was thinking of doing until at least 2 weeks from now. (my volleyball is all over by then and I'll have more time on weeknights)

So, you only learn to make one meal? I'd like to take a more general cooking class.

The steak or the duck one I'm not as excited about, but all the extras (sides, sauce, dessert) sound pretty awesome.
My friend is going to the Spain one next week, so I'll see how she likes it.
