Wolverine did it.  Ironman did it.  Guess it was only time till Marvel cashed in on the Xmen too.

I've been watching the fansubs of this series. While it is better than Ironman and way better than Wolverine, that's not saying much. I have to admit they got most things in the first episode right. Wolverine even looks like Wolverine, not some tall, pretty boy with claws and a mullet. To make up for that, they've pushed the emo-bishi role on Cyclops instead and, due to events in the episode, it works for him. I was actually excited and looking forward to seeing more ( ... )

Hey anonymous. (BR or Cass not logged in? Or maybe completely anony?)

I haven't seen the Iron Man or Wolverine versions, so can't draw any comparisons. I can't even say that I want to see the other two which is a bit sad, but quite possibly saving me some brain breakage.

Props to the animators if they managed to keep Logan his actual height. ^_^v

I'm still tossing up whether or not I'll watch it myself, although your review may weigh out the scales on not. Do I really want to put myself through a possible head-desk incident or do I suck it up and put to rest my curiosity? The X-verse was quite a large part of my teens and I've been dipping slowly back into it this past year, so to see it crossed into anime really tickles me. (Although sadly, no favourite characters seem to appear in it from summaries I've seen so far.)

And it's not Jean? Well damn, I lose some points there in getting that wrong. Woops!
