30 Day Lolita Challenge - Day Twenty Two
Day 22 - A picture of your room.
Bedroom is still a little sparse and not really all that loli, but...
Dresser. It's usually a lot more cluttered. I admit it without remorse, I cleaned like woah before taking these photos.
To the left is my floor standing candelabra which has slowly yet surely morphed into a hat and bag stand. TT_TT
There is also a cd player hidden next to those hats and bows. Currently plays Loreena McKennit.
So, bedside table no. 2. Currently holding all my recently read books/manga that have not yet managed to make it to the bookshelf. (Arg, I so need more bookshelves!)
Finally finished Tramps Like Us (Wee!) and am a little over halfway through Basara (freaking awesome series) but have had to stop as vols. 18-21 are stupidly expensive to buy and that gaps too big to skip over to continue on from vol. 22. Saiunkoku Monogatari is also in there. Seriously can't wait for the next volume of that to come out.
Rereading some of my old comics too, I think you can see my Bloodties graphic novel and XForce issues poking out. Hee... so much fun revisiting those characters and plots. Quicksliver, you're an ass but I still love you. Ric, 'star, Sam, hell everyone in XForce, mwah!
Right at the back is my Boo pillow, a birthday present curtesy of snoos_the_moose (love it) and a couple of ye olde plush toys.
And... well... yes, bedside table no.1 is on the "to read" side of the room.
^///^ At last count it was 34 novels and 2 manga which is probably the worst it's been in a long time. I was making a lot of progress in getting that pile down, but getting my reading groove on again meant that buying new books once again became interesting, so things grew. Woops!
Um yeah, room isn't very loli at all. It's probably more book nerdish then anything, with a touch of hat explosion. ^_^v
Best place in the world to be and in fact, where I am going now. Good night!
