i still miss my brother!

well, there hasn't been any changes in my brother's status. he is still in jail, and i guess he will be until tomorrow. the judge and the O.R. (own recognisance) said he should be released, but the D.A. wants to hold him until Thursday. i REALLY hope he gets released, i really really do. he isn't a bad kid and doesn't deserve to be in jail
