SILENT HILL ONE IS VERY VAGUE AND MOST STUFF IS JUST THEORIZED OR IMPLIED.

SILENT HILL FOUR: THE ROOM IS NOT JUST CONFUSING. IT MAKES ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE, FULL STOP.

The other ones actually make a lot more sense by the end, IMO. Three makes more sense if you've played the first one first, but two is completely stand-alone and while it's a mindfuck in-game, by the end of it things get explained and you're less like "WHAT" and more like "oh" 8(

I did finally watch the opening it WAS really creepy 8(

Yeah, the explanations cleared an awful lot up for me. I kinda prefer the "THIS IS SO GODDAMN STUPID D<" rant of SH4 anyway. |D;;
