Brian, his friend Brandon, and I saw it Saturday. I mean I did jump, but mostly because of the countless "AND THEN SOMETHING JUMPS OUT AND IS LOUD OMG LOOK OUT FOR FREDDYYYY!1!!11!ONE" moments and less the actual gore. I was kind of immune to the gore. Compared to Repo, it was pretty tame.
ANYWAY, I could not take it seriously. Not only because of the people who WERE cast, but because the other people in the movie kept reminding me of other people. SEE BELOW.
Nancy = that chick from Syfy's Alice. Now I'm pretty neutral to that version of Alice, but this could lead to some seriously meta shit. Alternately, a brunette Mischa Barton.
This guy was denied the part of Edward Cullen for looking too washed-up.
Sometimes she reminded me of Tori Spelling, sometimes Ashley Tisdale. But mostly Tori Spelling.
OH WAIT MAYBE IT'S BECAUSE IT REALLY IS THE SAME GUY.
At the start of the movie he reminded me of Jensen Ackles, but as it went on he became Emo McEmoson, whom Gerard Way is supposed to represent... But they do kinda look a little alike. Maybe it's the eyeliner.
I dunno, maybe it's just the voice. I mean, they don't look THAT similar (:B)
