No, they still will, because the voters didn't go "HEY THIS ISN'T A GOOD IDEA AFTER ALL," the federal courts ruled against it. But maybe now they'll see it's not just about right vs. wrong, it's more logical than anything else- that that kind of legislation is unconstitutional as fuck, something I've been saying I think ever since I understood the 14th amendment.
