From what I understand about the crash,
They're at fault: For failing to make eye contact and determine your intentions before pulling out, and for not avoiding you once they pulled out.
You're at fault: For not maintaining appropriate situational awareness for your speed, or for not reducing your speed to match the amount of attention you were paying to the road ahead of you.

Probably either could have prevented the crash.
