Just her nationess, which is basically above average strength and endurance. The strength is only really noticeable when she's angry, because she gets table throw-y etc. But she already has quite a few guns she's gotten from mayfield, so.

I haven't had the chance to claim her regain yet, as Jessica has yet to confirm her death, but she'll be getting her alchemical abilities back. Which means all kinds of crazy drugs and poisons will be at her disposal.
