I just read both chapters and loved them. I love hearing Finn's POV, and how concerned he is about not messing things up again. And I really loved that he told Kurt off for the Rachel-dissing. Awesome chapter!

Ha! Thank you for reviewing. It means a lot to me. Originally, this chapter was focused on Finn seeking Kurt's help, but I reduced it to Finn retelling the moment. I felt like him going home and talking with his mom after Rachel got frustrated with him worked better.

Thank you! I feel better now. : ) This chapter is not what I had planned. I am glad I changed my mind, though. I had a 1,300 plus word conversation between Finn and Kurt about the gift and Rachel. I feel like it works better this way with FInn summarizing it for his mom. Who needs that much of Kurt in a single dose? It also slowed the pacing. In any even, I am glad you liked it!

Hey, the last chapter is up! The one you read a month ago! I made it and on time. Thanks again, for helping me. I made some changes but, overall, it is the same...but longer! Of course this is ME, so that is hardly shocking! I had Rachel give Finn a gift, too, which we totally know she would! Anyway, if you notice any errors, let me know! Since you read most of it already, I didn't want you to have to go into beta mode again. Hope you are having a nice weekend/Valentine's Day!

Thank you! I am glad that you are enjoying it. I am even happier that I managed to write in time for V-Day! It took me a month to pound out the first chapter. Had a bit of trouble starting this one!

Now, I am trying to think of what to write next. I want to do something different...angsty...but my mind is automatically blocking any ideas that involve bringing significant pain to Finchel!

I love just how seriously Rachel takes the color question. So like her not to just produce an answer off hand. Finn and Mrs Hudson time was golden. You could really see how Finn became Finn from the interaction he had with his mom.

Loved this :-

Busted! So much for their scam. “Why do you think that I bring Rachel home with me?” He would admit nothing.

“When I get home from work, the dishes are always done.” He could tell that she was trying to keep from laughing.
