so my ankle has definitely been injured due to the fact that when I run, I run flat-footed. It was bothering me a little bit for like a week, but then progressively got worse. Yesterday it was so swollen it looked like I didn't even have an ankle on my left foot. :( but i put a bag of frozen soybeans on it and it made the swelling go down a little
