I live by a horse rescue farm. I don't think they're really for riding so much as pasture horses. At least, I hardly ever see any of them being ridden.

But they're fun to pet *o*

I-I don't know how you handle it. Then again I'm really not a dog person. The cats I own respond amazingly to when I wash them/clip their nails but I'M ALSO THEIR MAMA. |D but I digress.

YEP I'm fineeee. It didn't break the skin, it just hurt for a little while.

TO BE HONEST I DON'T KNOW HOW I HANDLE IT EITHER. I'm definitely a dog person but sometimes I get so nervous around certain dogs (and almost all cats that come in; dear god I almost got bit by the scary cat today too).

My dog is apparently a little saint when it comes to other people trimming his nails, but when I try to do it he wiggles away. Ahhhhh I don't even mind the bitey terrier, I just don't want to deal with the skittish lab or have the collies bite me ;o;
