1. Hellboy used to snark with Elphie on a regular basis on THE TYRANNY OF GREEN SKIN VERSUS RED. He will probably be awkward around her once he figures out it's not the same one.
4. I can't find a mudkip plushie for love or money that isn't ridiculously expensive. (IF FOUND, TELL ANYONE IN #DIGITALHACKSAGA.)
I used to love threading with the old Elphaba, so yeah, she and Cal were friendly. I seem to recall that Fiyero has blabbed a reasonable amount to Cal, although Cal probably didn't pay too much attention and I have a terrible memory.
So yeah, Cal will recognize Elphaba, and he at least knows for certain that she and Fiyero are an item. He will undoubtedly bring it up unless you want us not to.

Buffy was fond of the old Elphaba and knew...some things about her? She did know that she was the Witch from The Wizard of Oz, etc., but I can't remember if she knew particularly much about her future. So I'm going to say even if she did, she forgot.
1. Neutral / friendly. Megan was scared of her when she was deaged, but apologized later. Nothing special or close.
2. & 3. Megan knows she'll be the Wicked Witch, but only because she knows the Wizard of Oz books, no detail. She also knows a bit of Elphaba's and Fiyero's history, again no detail. She is used to fictional characters and characters from other points in time, though and won't spill anything, especially because Fiyero is her friend and she doesn't want him to rip her head off
