im taking monday off. so another long weekend for me. but i will be busy all weekend so i really dont get to relax. Saturday I take car in for the 15k check up thing. thanksgiving was great. made a tofurky with garlic and ginger and white wine. also decided to make a casserole. it was a hashed brown potato casserole and it turned out pretty good. maybe i will give cooking a second chance. enjoyed my four day weekend. got some shopping done for christmas and relaxed and played video games ( Read more... )

So the big event was the baby shower last weekend. How much fun was that? Loads. I did this game where I took 6 different flavor baby foods and covered up the labels and made the brave volunteers guess the flavor baby foods. You can just imagine their faces. Work is great at night. After 5pm its the funniest place to be. Robb and I are on the same team so what we do is play pictionary for the lat few hours. It is so much fun. Halloween means I get to eat a lot of candy. There better not be any little kids at my door tonight because I didn't buy any candy to give away and even if I did buy candy its for me not little brats. So yeah. We were invited to a Halloween party tonight but we are declining. I will do a real update oneday. I've just been busy.

Work weeks go by fast. After work on Friday Amber and I drove around to make sure we picked the best place for the Baby Shower. I believe we did.
