So I've been "going out", and I have to say, I really just don't like it.
Like, why does everything have to happen so late?! And people act like it's a sin to get to bed before midnight. Or else they call you grandma.

Going out sucks. Only cool people go to bed before midnight!
Honestly, I never could figure out why people like going to crowded, noisy, bars and clubs and parties, where everybody stinks of rotten alcohol and sweat and you can barely move and you have to yell to the person next to you to have a conversation. And I really haven't met any people worth being friends with at a bar or club. Like you, the only time I've gone was to keep from being bored but then I only ended up drinking too much and feeling like crap for it later on. It wasn't worth it. It's much better to have a few people that you're already friends with come over and hang out that way.
